Making Memories

Isn't it funny how it means so much to us when our kids get to experience something that we enjoyed as kids? I got to spent 4 days at El Dorado Lake with my parents and my sister and her family. My kids and their cousins got to bond while swimming in the lake, roasting marshmallows and catching lightening bugs. It's special for me because I got to enjoy those things with my cousins when I was a kid. I have such fond memories of just being silly with my cousins. I pray that my kids will remember those days and cherish them the way I do.
