What do you say to the person who made your dreams come true?

You know those people who know from the minute they can speak what they want to do when they grow up? I’m not one of those people. Growing up, I envied those people. I always had the drive and motivation, but not the dream. I picked a major and got my degree because that’s what you’re supposed to do. I got married because ever since I met my husband that’s what I wanted to do. And I worked because I had to. Then we decided to start our family and I remembered the one thing that I did always know. I always knew I wanted to stay home with my kids. Since that was my husband’s plan too, that’s what we did. God blessed us with two girls and I have loved every minute of being a mother. I’m so glad that I was the one to see them roll over for the first time, crawl for the first time, and take their first steps. I’m the one they want to kiss their boo-boos and whose hand they reach for before they cross the street. As they get older, I’m the one who they want to tell about their day when they get out of school and I’m the one who gives them a hug and tells them it will be alright when they’ve had a bad day. God allowed me to be a mother, but my husband makes it possible for me to be a stay-at-home mom. He makes my dream come true each and every day. While I’m at home reading books and giving girls hugs, he’s working hard to make that happen. So what do you say to the person who made your dream come true? I say, Bubba, thank you and I love you!!

Awe!!! So sweet sister! Miss you! I'm so glad you're going to be with us this weekend! You're such a great mom and you've got great girls... I was looking through my pictures yesterday and saw pics of the girls from the football game last year... it was so cute!
